中文偏旁部首名称 Names of Radicals and Character Parts

学习好多年中文之中经常发生这个情况：跟中国朋友聊天这个朋友要描写一个汉字，没有笔和纸的话他要用偏旁名称描写这个字。但是，除了几个简单的偏旁名称，比如三点水，我没学过偏旁名称。终于我现在学了偏旁名称并且创建了一个关于偏旁名称的网页。

While learning Chinese over many years I often found myself in the situation of talking with a Chinese friend who was trying to describe a particular character to me and a pen and piece of paper was not handy. Invariably, that person would describe the character to me in terms of the different parts of the character. The problem with this was that I did not know the names of the different parts of Chinese characters (pianpang), except for a few obvious ones like san dian shui.
